My phone call with the hotline was a success and my problem is solved. I am asked to stay on the phone and rate my experience. Computer: "Please rate your experience from 0-10 with 10 meaning excellent." This was really a fun call and I want to give it a 10. I press 1 on the keypad, but before I can press 0 the computer immediately answers "Thank you for your feedback!"
